Heather Gardens is an age restricted community located in Aurora, Colorado about 10 miles southeast of downtown Denver. The minimum age for one member of the household is 39 with no children under the age of 16 as permanent residents. The homes in Heather Gardens are located in a 198-acre park-like setting around an executive 9-hole golf course.

The high rise buildings are called Alpha, Somerset, Seville, Atrium and Omega. All the buildings except the Alphas, which are the 4-story high rise buildings, have under building parking garages and laundry hook-ups in the apartments. Alpha buildings have detached covered parking and central laundry facilities.

Apartments range in size from a 1-bedroom 1-bath unit with 780 square feet to a 3-bedrooms 3-baths executive unit with 2,412 square feet. Patio and town homes range in size from a 2-bedrooms 2-baths home with 930 square feet to a 3-bedrooms 3-baths home with 1,663 square feet.
